The practice combines mindful movement, breathing techniques, tapping and visualization in order to enhance overall physical, mental, and emotional health.

Farrah is a New York City based Qi Gong practitioner, artist, and self-development enthusiast. Farrah uses classical TCM techniques while merging affirmations in each session, offering a super-charged experience that promotes self confidence, deepened creativity, elevated mood, and fruitful health.
